Our kitchen team have put together a beautifully curated menu, pairing delicious & seasonal produce with these stunning wines from St. Helena, California. 

The story of Orin Swift Cellars dates back to 1995, when on a lark, David Swift Phinney travelled to Florence for a study semester, where he quickly fell in love with wine. Just three years later, Phinney started his own venture with two tonnes of Zinfandel, and not much else, other than an insatiable passion for his craft. What started as a tiny production project has now grown into an empire of wines distributed across the world, with Phinney establishing himself as one of the most influential and innovative winemakers in California. Not content just to oversee the winemaking of these cult Napa Valley wines, he’s also the creative brain behind the names, concepts and labels for Orin Swift’s wines.
